Our Team

Lee has been in the hair industry for over 30 years and a salon owner for 14 years. She started on Newbury Street and had dreams of opening her own salon which she accomplished in 2010.

Her specialties are color (including color correction), baby-light highlighting (for a soft 
Sun-kissed look), textured/curly hair, fine and thinning hair and custom extensions.
She also works with clients that are experiencing hair loss, helping them to find solutions. Lee is also one of the Hotheads/Hairtalk educators for the New England territory for Masello, Inc.

Lee’s primary focus is for her staff to stay on top of the latest trends, styles, techniques and products so they may bring you only the best. Herself and her staff travel country wide to attend salon and spa conventions and/or multiple classes. Their latest venture was to San Antonio,Texas in October 2023 for the Premiere Hair Convention where they learned so many new cutting and coloring techniques from celebrity and worldwide known stylists and creative artists!
 

Lisa has been a member of the Prisms team since 2013 and has 11 years behind the chair. She received her certification and make up artistry from Elizabeth Grady school of aesthetics in 2015. She is certified and Hotheads hair extensions and Coppola Keratin. Her passion is creative coloring, fashion color, balayage and foilyage techniques, sunlight highlights, color correction and curly cuts. Lisa's talent for creating the look that is right for you is amazing and on point!

Maranda has been with the Prisms team since 2014. She is a licensed hairdresser for over 20 years. Maranda is trained in precision cutting and curly and textured hair. She specializes in multi tonal creative coloring, balayage, undercuts, creative clipper or shear cuts and curls and waves. Maranda is gifted at designing the cut and color that suits clients and makes them feel incredible!

Nathania has been a member of the Prisms team since 2019 and has 10 years of professional experience. She specializes in textured hair (natural styles, braiding and perms), creative design work, natural or bold highlights through foiling or balayage and trending clipper and sheer cuts. Nathania's outgoing and fun personality and creative talent make every appointment something to look forward to!

Crystal is a Master Stylist with 30 years experience. She is a former platform artist for Nexus Design Team of New England. She was a previous salon owner in MetroWest and is also a cosmetology teacher for Cosmix Beauty school in Marlborough. She was an artist in Atlanta Georgia before coming back to us and she brought her “Southern Hollywood Glam Style” with her! She specializes in custom cutting and coloring, silk presses and extension work. She loves her craft as much as she loves working with clients to help them feel beautiful and confident!

Courtney is a graduate of Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy and has been a part of the Prisms team since 2018. She is certified in Coppola complex smoothing therapy and Hotheads extensions. She specializes in fashion color, custom coloring, layered cutting for long hair, beautiful blowouts and Coppola keratin smoothing treatment. She loves helping clients find the perfect cut or fun trending color!

Sam is a graduate of Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy. Sam has been a wonderful addition to our team. She will be happy to help you with any scheduling or products and we are so grateful to have her on board supporting our stylists. She does lovely blowouts and we can't wait to see her grow!

Elysia is our social media/marketing assistant. She has been a part of the Prisms team since 2016. She's currently a student at the University of Connecticut and is in the Honors Business school studying marketing. We love having her fresh ideas and expertise to help us grow.
