Lee Rudman

Lee Rudman, Owner

Lee has been in the hair industry for over 30 years. She started on Newbury Street and since then has worked primarily in Wellesley and Hopkinton before opening her studio in Framingham in July  2010. She is so excited to have expanded her studio in 2018 to include spa services and wigs at her new location on Route 9.

Lee's specialties are color (including color correction), textured/curly hair and extensions. Lee is one of the Hotheads Educators for the New England territory for Masello, Inc. Lee's primary focus is for her staff to always stay on top of the latest trends, styles, techniques and products to bring you only the best. Herself and her staff attend a Salon and Spa convention each year and multiple classes around the country.


Maranda Arias, Master Stylist

Maranda is a creative master stylist and has been a licensed hairdresser for 16 years.  Her specialties include precision cutting, custom coloring, and special occasion up-styles.

She is certified in Copolla Keratin. She has taken many courses to master her curl cutting techniques. Maranda is trained in the latest fashions from ombre to sombre, balayage, undercuts and lobs. Whether it is a new and upcoming trend or a classic look, she will expertly help you create your desired style.


Lisa Graveline, Master Stylist

Lisa has been a member of the Prisms team since 2013. She attended the 2018 Orlando Premier where she took classes in color, men’s cutting, and curly hair cutting techniques. She received her Certification in Makeup Artistry from the Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics and Massage Therapy in 2015 as well as attending the Redken Syposium in Las Vegas. In 2014 she traveled to Fort Lauderdale where she was Certified in Hotheads Hair Extensions. She became a certified Coppola Keratin Complex Smoothing Therapy Technician in 2013. Lisa is continuously staying educated by attending classes locally to learn the latest cutting, styling, and coloring trends such as balayage and sunlight techniques.


Nathania Smith, Master Stylist

Nathania is a graduate of Tri-County RVTHS with 7 years of professional experience. She specializes in: men’s haircuts and creative design work, fashion color, ethnic hair (natural curl and styling, braiding, perms) and soft, natural highlights through foiling or balayage. Her first love is making clients feel beautiful in her chair!


Crystal Foster, Master Stylist

Crystal is a Master Stylist with 30 years of experience. She is a former Platform Artist for Nexxus Design team of New England. She was previously a salon owner for seven years, successfully serving the people of the metro west area. She branched off into becoming a Cosmetology teacher  for Empire School and a Lead teacher at COSMIX School of Hair and Science.

She moved to Atlanta Georgia in 2016 to have the opportunity to learn and grow more in her skills as a hair artist (Atlanta is known as the Hollywood of the South!). She has returned to Metrowest and brought some of the Southern “Hollywood Glam” and style with her. She loves her craft as much as she loves crafting client’s hair to help them feel beautiful and confident!


Courtney Fish, Stylist

Courtney is a graduate of Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy and is already creating beautiful blow outs and cuts.  She is certified in Keratin Complex Smoothing Therapy and Hotheads Hair Extensions and is eager for more education and experience. We can't wait to see Courtney's natural talent grow!!


Elysia, Receptionist

Elysia is our lovely receptionist who will be happy to help  you with any of your scheduling needs. As many of you know, she is Lee's little mini-me and has grown up right before many of your eyes so it was only natural for her to join us at some point! She is a hardworking young woman so we are so happy to have her and she looks forward to meeting all of you!
