Lee Rudman
Owner
Lee has been in the hair industry for over 30 years and a salon owner for 15 years. She started on Newbury Street and had dreams of opening her own salon which came true in 2010.
Her specialties are color(including color correction ), baby-light highlighting (for a soft sun kissed look) and blonding services, textured and curly hair, fine and thinning hair and custom extensions. She also works with clients experiencing hair loss, helping them find solutions. She is also one of the Hotheads - Hairtalk educators for New England.
Her primary focus is helping clients look and feel their best!
Courtney Fish
Stylist
Courtney has been with the Prisms team since 2018 and has eight years behind the chair. She is certified in Coppola complex smoothing therapy and keratin treatments and Hotheads hair extensions. She specializes in fashion color, custom coloring, natural blonding, layered long haircuts, beautiful blowouts and Coppola keratin smoothing treatments.
She loves helping clients find the perfect cut or fun, trending color and looks forward to meeting you!

"After a bleaching mistake at another salon, thank god I had Lee! My hair was burnt just a couple inches away from the root in most areas, and a MESS. Lee did corrective extensions on me. These protected my hair while it grew back, and allowed me to feel pretty again.
