Lee Rudman, Owner
Lee has been in the hair industry for over 30 years and a salon owner for 14 years. She started on Newbury Street and had dreams of opening her own salon which she accomplished in 2010.
Her specialties are color (including color correction), baby-light highlighting (for a soft
Sun-kissed look), textured/curly hair, fine and thinning hair and custom extensions.
She also works with clients that are experiencing hair loss, helping them to find solutions. Lee is also one of the Hotheads/Hairtalk educators for the New England territory for Masello, Inc.
Lee’s primary focus is for her staff to stay on top of the latest trends, styles, techniques and products so they may bring you only the best. Herself and her staff travel country wide to attend salon and spa conventions and/or multiple classes. Their latest venture was to San Antonio,Texas in October 2023 for the Premiere Hair Convention where they learned so many new cutting and coloring techniques from celebrity and worldwide known stylists and creative artists!
Lisa Graveline, Master Stylist
Lisa has been a member of the Prisms team since 2013 and has 11 years behind the chair. She received her certification and make up artistry from Elizabeth Grady school of aesthetics in 2015. She is certified and Hotheads hair extensions and Coppola Keratin. Her passion is creative coloring, fashion color, balayage and foilyage techniques, sunlight highlights, color correction and curly cuts. Lisa's talent for creating the look that is right for you is amazing and on point!
Courtney Fish, Stylist
Courtney is a graduate of Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy and has been a part of the Prisms team since 2018. She is certified in Coppola complex smoothing therapy and Hotheads extensions. She specializes in fashion color, custom coloring, layered cutting for long hair, beautiful blowouts and Coppola keratin smoothing treatment. She loves helping clients find the perfect cut or fun trending color!
Elysia Rudman, Marketing / Social Media
Elysia is our social media/marketing assistant. She has been a part of the Prisms team since 2016. She is a graduate of the Honors Business School at UConn. We love having her fresh ideas and expertise to help us grow.
